Hi,
I'm Rachel and I work with people who want to feel better in their bodies. Whether your dealing with persistant aches, movement issues, or a long-term health condition, I can help you understand your body, fix imbalances, and move more confidently.
I combine:
- Personal Training and Biomechanics Coaching - to correct muscle imbalances, improve movement patterns , and reduce injury risk.
- Sports Massage Therapy - to relieve stiffnes, tension and pain so your body can function at it's best.
- Exercise and Nutrition Support - for those living with long - term conditions or wanting sustainable health improvements.
My approach isn't about quick fixes or pushing you beyond your limits. It's about creating long-term changes so your body works with you - not against you.
Fun bit about me: I love translating complex body mechanics into things people actually understand, and I have a soft spot for heloing people feel proud of their bodies again.
